looks like it might be very good for those who like bitter tastes. I have not tried it yet--looking at recipesI dicovered its nutrient profile. Wish I'd triedit in the humidy ofsummer--it would seem best to eat in conditions that match those of its nativity.
Do people who crave bitter more than others -for example, I love rapini- naturally/beneficially gravitate to foods and herbs that are helpful for increasing digestive powers?
I also have low stomach acid...or so I've been told. My digestive power seems to be improving, the more bitter things I eat. Also, I love lemon and lime pickles, the hot and strongly spiced stuff.
