Hi, I know exactly how you feel, I always find an excuse to start tomorrow or the day after, after I have eaten just this thing and then that other thing.
So today I have decided I am just starting now, even though it is in the middle of a day - so I have completed a whole two and a half hours! only another two hundred and something to go.
But I have made a tally of all the waking hours in ten days, which is how long I plan to fast for, so that I can check off hours rather than days and whole days can seen like forever.
I would be happy to keep in touch and keep each other going if that helps.
