Re: day 1 of ( #? ) water fasting
Hi Ladies,
I am so happy because today is my first day of
Water Fast and I have just discovered that we have a similar goal - to reduce our BM to about 100 pounds. May I join your gang please? I feel that the idea of "belonging" would encourage me to continue the fast to the end. We could exchange our observations and help each other.
I am 52 year old female, BM 115 pounds, 5'5". I know that I am not really fat but returning my BM to 100
pounds from my past sounds like a dream to me. I am a vegan and, unfortunately, nuts addict; I do not eat junk. I love nuts so much that they keep me from being slimmer. I would like to stay on water only for several weeks; Then I would add fresh vegetable juice until my body mass drops enough to achieve 100
pounds after re-feeding. I am healthy, fit and strong.
I think that
Water Fast could cleanse my body, return it to the proper balance and I would cease consuming mountains of nuts. Just several nuts a day or an avocado, plus 1-2 teaspoons of flax seeds. This is my plan for the future. Now I drink water only and feel good-no hunger.
