Re: Sleep verses blood thickness

I up date this only for the purpose that hopefully it may help someone else who has sleep problems. As I stated earlier being on the blood thinners have helped me sleep a great deal. I have since reached a point where I don't have to be way overdosed on blood thinners to sleep. I am still on them but only at the prescibed dose, and the minimal level at that. My assumption is my circulation was so bad which is why I wasn't sleeping. Once my circulation improved I didn't need to have my blood so thinned out.
So if you have sleep problems and have swelling in your legs, and leg cramps talk to a doctor if this could be a issue with you.
