Is there going to be a "Bank Holiday" on November 11, 2010?....EDITED

Prison Planet suggests that it is "LIKELY", but the article gives no reasoning....

I then checked youtube (on a longshot) and found that banks were going to close last year on November 11.

I have a dial up connection that is slow. I also don't get to see some videos or hear all audio (probably different formatting), so this video is silent to me and also won't play all the way to the end (it STOPS in the middle), but the video shows what happened on 11/11/09 because of a lien on the U.S. treasury. Could there have been a 1 year postponement?...

One of the videos at youtube has a caption that says the Restore America Plan (RAP) is not responsible for the Maritime lien, and the next link says they are. Is RAP being framed?

Whether there is any direct connection between the Chinese lien and the Maritime lien, the result is INTERNATIONAL financial "DISASTER".

Obama does seem to be skipping town and setting up shop with a 'shadow' governmental infrastructure.....
