Calc Fluor In homeopathy it is used for overstraining of muscles, ligaments; typically stepping over ancles "loose ligaments" The born acrobat. Hyper OR hypo T.
Cramps, lumbago, induration of glands,CATARACT. Affects teeth enamel.
Type; quick, but ineffective, irregular and chaotic (reverse of Calc; which geekish homeopaths find very interesting; as these two hang out as siblings in nature)

Cell salts ar quite popular in Europe;

Minute amounts are found in most foods, salt, water; bound to calcium. Needed for ligaments, veins, enamel ++

However;when I start a case I always ask them to stop all supplementation of fluoride; the reason why is well covered at this forum.
