Have you gone gluten free yet? If you have 2 autoimmune diseases (thyroid -- probably hashimotos & graves) as well as lupus it would be a really good idea to do a trial without gluten.

Low dose naltrexone has had really good results in reseting the immune system for folks with autoimmune disorders. http://www.lowdosenaltrexone.org/


You also might want to investigate lithium orotate, an otc supplement that might help with the graves.

But ultimately, getting enough selenium, Iodine and probably gluten out of your diet are the key to getting your thyroid on track.

BTW... did your doc run labs for hashimotos? anti-tpo and tg ab.
