I did a search for this info but couldn't find it so I am asking, please.
I read here that if starch is mixed with Lugol's, this will allow sensitive stomachs to digest it with more ease. Does anyone know how much and what type of starch? Also, what is the shelf life of 2% or 5%? I am thinking of stocking up (just in case) but I don't want to stock up too much if shelf life is short. Muchas gracias!
