Thank you. Yes, I feel great...
The process takes as long as it does- we are all a bit different. Since it took a while to get all toxic, it took a while to get it out.
But, so worth it.
The second dose of OO/GJ is something I've done for a while (at least the last 10 LFs). I do it not because I like the taste (ugh, LOL), but since I have to go thru all the preparation, I think it's worth to double up to get the last of it out.
Have you tried it this way?
Anyway, I feel relieved, calm and peaceful.
