Re: Telman, your opinion please....
Wow!
First of all this is a
Liver Flush Support Forum so your message is off-topic and secondly I am not a professional so I can't possibly give a medical opinion. However, your cry for help should not go unanswered and it does raise some issue that are relevant to cleansing including, liver flushing.
If you a cleansing to gain health and vitality rather than cure a specific problem like gall stones then you journeys end is at the end of a long road. You can’t run the route as it’s not a race. It is a personal quest, a marathon and you carry a heavy load.
If your problem is gall stones then you’ll probably start with the liver cleanse. A pain on the left side is more unusual than on the right. May indicate a congested liver rather than gall bladder.
You need a good map and a support group. You will not a better map than that available on curezone and you appear to have more support than most.
You route is as follows:
1. Lifestyle
A. Eat well, routinely and slowly to suit you body, and don't reward yourself with food.
B. Take some exercise to elevate the metabolism and stretch to condition the body.
C. Relax throughout the day.
D. Mix with people and laugh every day.
E. Develop positive thinking.
2. Be clear of parasites.
3. Cleanse the bowels. Can take ages.
4. Lifestyle check-up. You may need to eradicate external environmental stresses such as dental toxins, makeup cleanup, cleaning agents, solvents, tap water, etc. You choose.
5. Kidney cleanse
6. Liver cleanse
7. Lifestyle. Oops, we’re back to the beginning.
You may have gathered that the journey is a circular. You may start at any point and you could travel the route several times but you shouldn't be in two places at once.
Regards
Telman
