actually i wait for the second day after the flush to get the colonic. if i do a flush on sat. night, i get the colonic on monday. i don't do it before that cuz i want to wait until the stones are all in the colon. it takes time for them to travel from the small intestine, where they get dumped from the liver, to the large intestine where they can be removed by the colonic. i used to wait an extra day, but it seemed like a bit too long to let the stuff sit.

i don't do a colonic beforehand, even though andreas recommends it. my butt would be just too sore! but before i did the first liver flush, i did some bowel cleansing. in fact sore-buttitis is one reason i don't flush as often as every 2 weeks - i know i need colonics but my butt wouldn't be able to handle it!
