I'll stick to my RAW FAT, RAW LIVER and RAW MEAT + raw fruits + raw / cooked vegetables healing because it brings results for myself, my family, my friends.
There is your answer right there. Your fruits and vegetables can provide anti-inflammatory compounds, such as omega 3s, that counter the pro-inflammatory arachidonic acid from the meats.
You stick to your vegan thing because it works for you.
Who said I was vegan? I never said I was.
What I definitely do know is the vegan thing does not work for me and my family so I'm not going to risk their lives for what I have experienced as VEGAN Wishful Thinking!

If you haven't heard it yet, the raw food community is turning RAW OMNIVORE!
So what? They are still getting anti-inflammatory omega 3s to counter the inflammatory arachidonic acid from the meats. And that was my point all along, meat provides inflammatory arachidonic acid.
Now there is still the parasite issue with raw meats, but that is a whole other story not related to the point originally made that has yet to be countered with any evidence.
