I read my daughter my list of things I've changed over....and she started giggling....I didn't see what was so funny.....she said it was so much it was funny.....I explained when you are motivated you do anything....

A better question would be WHAT haven't I done.....hmmmm.....I've given up so many things....and added so many things.....and I'm trying to figure out who this person is....

There's a lot of 'crap' coming out, and as little possible of toxins going in; it's those toxic emotions that are part of my battle. Not only am I failing to absorb nutrients physically, apparently I've been failing to nourish myself emotionally and physically.

Thank you so much for asking! I was so glad to SMILE. AND, the local chef at the health food store is having a baking class at my request: it's going to be one using natural sweeteners for holiday baking....(specifically Stevia). I'm so excited. At least I can make SOME dessert or sweet for Christmas that I can have a bit of....and I do eat a couple pieces of chocolate ginger now and then....just before the flush...couple days.....hmmmm....I ate some pumpkins seeds, followed them with some pomegranate, and topped it off with some fresh pinapple. Maybe some critter is lodged in my pancreas and I'm making "it" sick....I passed some very odd looking things....I didn't look too closely....when it looks funky, I just think, better out than in....don't know who I picked that up from on curezone, but I like it.

I would have coffee enema'ed today, BUT....I have some family members who would question my sanity....so I'll wait until tomorrow, will also see if I can schedule a colonic. I knew there were some "issues" in that area....just hoped to lessen the pain till then....it's tolerable, but bothersome....maybe tomorrow it will be gone.

Thanks again for the smile! I REALLY have made a lot of changes over the past 12 years....line upon line, precept upon precept.....baby steps...and finally LIVERFLUSING...
