2 of those folks are not fruitarian.. that is certain... and I believe Arnstein eats salad.
These folks eat no salt and less than 10% total fat. They are fit and very lean. If you cannot get to your ideal body weight.. it's one of the following:
1. You move too little
2. You eat 2 much fat
3. You eat a lot of cooked starch
Always move/exercise/play before you eat.. you will be surprised at the results.
Doug Graham is 5'11' @ 170 lbs - single digit body fat. Arnstein is trying to compete with the Kenyans - has body fat @ ~ 3-4%.
Harley is thin and so is Arnstein - but both are fairly muscular and strong. They are endurance athletes - they run 26 miles at a time.. and Harley rides his bike all day ... if you train like that.. muscle mass is not going to happen...
Doug Graham is a bit more muscular. Food does not build muscle - resistance training does.
IMO.. if you add herbs, blended greens, and sprouts to their diet you have something quite ideal...
If you wanna see some fruit based muscle.. take a look at this guy... 6'1 @ 220lbs... and "rip your arms off" strong...
