I definitely use iodine, selenium, salt, vitamin C, and B complex, plus pantothenic acid for weak adrenals. I took iron till my ferritin got to 110, raised my levels of vitamin D, and use progesterone cream (I'm post-menopausal). Still, the temps wouldn't budge from a high of 97.8 F (36.56 C) in the afternoon. I was dragging. First I tried the thyroid glandular Nutri-Meds, but when I needed too many of those, I eventually switched to generic Armour. I'm happy to report, though, that after a high of 360 mg (6 grains), my needs appear to be drifting downwards. I'm not expecting a full recovery, but would enjoy it nonetheless, and I'd be thrilled simply to need less Armour.
