wow, thanks. that was helpful too. what is chinese bitters and coptis? if you have a link to a past post here or someplace on the web, i would appreciate that. i do think my liver is stubborn and i have to be sure. it still aches from time to time and my biodad died from liver cancer only seven years older than i am now. no way am i letting that happen by ignorance and fear.
