I recently read that many teenagers today are actually beginning to believe that they are vampires and require blood. The report cited a health concern because they actually draw blood from their partners neck using their teeth.

I'm 56 years old and have seen the world change in many ways, but the sudden appearance and popularization of a movie about vampires and the glorification/romance of vampirism seems REMARKABLY 'strange'.
