Pack away!

I wore castor oil and flannel to my colonic. I might have looked a little 'fluffy', but other than messing up your clothes if you aren't careful, I don't know when a castor oil pack would NOT be good?(I skipped the hot water bottle in public--smile. At home I use it. And castor oil is CHEAP)

Anyone?

I've even swished it in my mouth, as per Andreas! At least I didn't swallow!
