Re: slippery elm powder or capsules? what other supplements for leaky gut?

i was diagnosed with leaky gut by a naturopath and been reading here about supplementations for it. one of the few that have been mentioned the most is slippery elm. but should it be in powder or capsule?

Powder is a better choice.  Marshmallow root also does the same thing.  Licorice root and/or yucca root can be added as intestinal anti-inflammatories since it is inflammation that leads to the leaky gut.

below is a list of supplements im preparing to get, if im missing anything that is essential please let me know and sorry for my english :/

slippery elm (powder or capsule?) Powder.

DGL (chewable or capsule?)  DGL does not have the anti-inflammatory effect of whole licorice root.  I recommend licorice root powder instead.

glutamine (is peptide one necessary?) Plain L-glutamine is fine.

colostrum (powder, capsules or lozenges?)  I don't like colostrum at all.

zinc carnosine

planetary grape bitters (cant find a place that will ship Andrographis powder to asia)
go on a gluten, diary, spicy free diet.
