I loved the call too. I know there were probably a lot of frustrated people who couldn't get through--and you have a great memory, too. I didn't take notes.....

"I can eat whatever I want and I do not gain it like I would have in the past." Ummm, I've got those little hip things too--and I think if I 'choose' to eat 'whatever I want' they aren't going anywhere, but I figure if I start eating like Andreas suggests, they will be gone in less than six months. I'm only 6 pounds max overweight, if that, and they are there because they are holding garbage of some type....my sisters all have them--I'm the last to 'get' them....so I'm taking notice, and those little hip storages can get lost as soon as I clean up....I will NOT be going crazy with the pies etc this Thanksgiving (that's me lecturing myself--I've got a couple days to talk myself into being SMART.)

Any suggestions for how Andreas would be eating this Thanksgiving? I'm a vatta/kapha I believe, but I've only read 1/5th of his book....if that.

Gail, I heard your voice during the call?? email me? I was the one who asked the first question (and I'm first in buffet lines too....LOL....someone has to jump in....it was great....) Which question did you ask?

oh, ps...it's after 3 am. I had a barfing boy...gotta get ME back to bed so my ....ack, I forgot.....something can do it's thing.....(liver? I don't remember my circadian rhythms....so much to learn)
