Instead of buying someone's processed product - just go to your health food store and buy the REAL THING. The SeaNGR website says it right out. I quote from the website -

SO just go to your local health food store and buy the dried seaweed called Laminaria Japonica. Then if you want, pound it to dust and put it in a capsule or just do what the Japanese do and wrap cold (organic brown) rice balls in it for a snack.

That is a better alternative, I think.
