Re: symptoms/my history

Hi - I can relate to a lot of what you've experienced. I started experiencing severe depressions when I was 14 years old, and learned I had severe AF when I was 32. I learned a little over a year ago that my mother was experiencing AF starting when she was 2 or 3 months pregnant with me, while I was being born, and the first few months of my life when she was breast feeding me. I had copper overload, which explains my compulsion to exercise when my body was clearly telling me not to.

You might want to read "Primal Healing" by Arthur Janov to learn about how your mother's medical history might have affected your health issues. Also, have you read "Why Am I Always So Tired?" by Ann Louise Gittleman ? It's a very good book about copper overload and how to correct it.
