I think the Phase of this op will also bring about "the need" for tracking ala chip. So then we will see the 3rd hit of the triple cocktail via the h1n5 ( the other 2 have been given with prior flu and chemtrail agents). The pandemic will create the need for forced vaccines (to get to the rest that have eluded the op) and to get people personally chipped so they can not escape the control grid (the few that will be left to graze in slaveland).
