thank you so much for the respond. I have done 2 14 day Water Fasts a while back- i followed Malahov's system, it was. Not sure if he is translated in English but an amazing author. I am really inspired by what you said And I will follow your/Fuhrman's advice and do a 14 day Water Fast again. Lately I ve been doing juice fasts because they seem to assist the body in the detox especially since i feel i have a bunch of heavy metals and stuff plus i am able to work. One question- my hair started falling and i am considering eating for a week before i do a Water Fast so i can get some proteins in. any thought on that???? i will appreciate any advice or tips.
i am a vegetarian and mostly raw, been this way for 17 years so i dont eat a lot of protein in general so maybe i have different reserves of nutrients. i dont eat any junk, mostly organic and local fresh produce. (i know its strange to get a reactive Arthritis considering my lifestyle but i attribute it to stress, exhaustion and probably pesticides toxicity.
