Hi, I am well thanks. I have finished my HMD phase and have noticed some improvements in my health. I still have a long way to go but for me the mercury issue was a contribution to my overall poor health rather than the sole cause. The benefits I have felt so far have been improved eyesight, energy, concentration, memory, fewer headaches, reduced allergy symptoms, and hopefully an improved immune system too! I will complete another 3 months chelation with HMD in the near future, but its not cheap so I will wait til I can afford 3 months supply plus all the additional supplements I use during the process.
My only recommendation for Cilantro and Chlorella is build the dose of Cilantro slowly and keep the Chlorella doses high, much higher in comparison. Its the Cilantro that mobilises the mercury so dont overdo it, test your tolerance over time and take additional supplements that help with Mercury in the body (Garlic, Selenium, Vitamin C, NAC, Milk Thistle etc) and should help reduce the free radical damage of mercury mobilised in the body.
The thing with HMD is the balance between Cilantro and Chlorella is already measured and tested, whereas guessing by yourself is harder to gauge so take it slowly, the side effects of mobilising mercury can feel slightly overwhelming at first but reduce over time, but if the right doses are used and built up slowly over time then its very mild and tolerable.
