Re: Have bacterial overgrowth & need antibiotics, BUT

Hi

Your solution is Antibacterial honey it will kill the bad & be easy on the good bacteria, It will also help with parasites & candida.

Stay off pasteurized dairy products only consume yogurts that are natural with beneficial bacteria. Eat high fibre vegetables & fruits and drink lots of water add garlic to every meal.

probiotics may not colonize but they are proven to push out bad bacteria so maybe try some good probiotics, I hear VSL3 is very good but expensive.

You can add some prebiotic supplements to encourage good bacteria to grow.

If you dont have 1 particular bad bacterial infection showing up in your stool or blood then stay away from Antibiotics it wont help.

Manuka honey will help kill the bad bacteria within weeks.
