As far as I know Australia is it. They do it in
Canada and the US but only if you have C-diff and if
other meds have failed to control the C-diff.
Which I find pretty sad because the cure rate in North America with a Fecal Transplant is 90% +, but I think its about money & someone who is cured won't keep paying for meds
