Wisdom teeth. What are the status of them ? Are they horizontally impacted to some extent ? If they are how you say they are, you really should get that infection removed. But even trust worth bio dentists often can't touch horizontally impacted wisdom teeth. Mostly its maxillofacial surgeons that removed them. It is true if they are close to the nerve there is a risk of nerve damage. It just depends how close. If i were you i'd get a cavitation scan around your wisdom teeth to see how far the infection has spread, at least then you will know what you are dealing with. Tweet
