Re: nettle, clover, oatstraw, comfrey leaf
okay, I'llbite. But just for a aminute. Actually, Susun weed is big on fairies, and -this is true- believes that the infusions have a lot more fairy 'power' in them--make of that what you will. I like her style; she's a grandmother with spirit.
I could argue though, that while you will of course find the herbs in nature, you won't find powders, or the machine to do this... so you'd be eating them, or drying them, the low-tech way--and making some tea. Or infusion, or soup... Fire is a pretty old natural arising.
So,the thing is, the powders taken in quantity, over time, as a distinct entity, seems a bit allopathic, in the alternative sense. :-)
I DO like the idea of your "tubs" of herb to be sprinkled on food. I do that with the kelp, and I like to take it with molasses. On a spoonful. But drinking herb is just plain fun.
and the herbal vinegars I feel are pretty close to nature--apple cidar, fermented, add fresh herb-->>>voila.
I doubt susun weed would have any problem with you and your methods--after all, a man that plays around with opals....well.
Kombucha!
'tis almost the season for kimchi--tomorrow.
