but there was a shift last week

I do 1-2 times /day miracle adrenal mix
1/4 tsp salt KCl and Vitamin C

but last week things made a shift where that wasn't enough and it had been
lips dried out and I got a cold sore and I could just feel my whole body stop holding water

so, yeah for now, I may need more salt, but I am wondering what happened

does that make sense?
