I used, jalapeno, serrano peppers, romaine lettuce, garlic, cayenne, cucumber, spinach, dulse seaweed, sea salt, zucchini, beets and carrots for my veggie juices. Made about 35 ounces or so. I would prefer some protein in there as I am wasting daily but the protein powders all have MSG or exitotoxins in them and are reallly hard to digest.
