i agree with you, james. add selenium and the bloodwork will change for the better.
when it comes to Iodine supplementation, everyone is different. the chemistry never changes, however, and the goal is always to reach at least 100mg per day for a period of time at least if not permanently. how to get there is very individual too, but well worth the investment. add boron and magnesium while youre at it and cover all the bases. avoid aluminum like the plague that it is.
