My goodness, such a straightforward plan of attack! Thank you! I wouldn't be surprised if my nutrition is off now...I've tried to implement things like eating a banana a day but have been scared away from other foods because of what i've read about candida (and i've no idea if I even have it!)

If you don't mind, I'd like to take advantage of all the knowledge you've gained...do you have any suggestions of what to look for in a vitamin for anxiety, depression, irrational thoughts, body wiggles? I will do my own research but I appreciate any guidance :)
