I've actually learned to deal pretty well with the candida diet, here's some of my daily rotations for food.

I also like dicing onions and red peppers up. Then I'll cook some ground beef and mash it so it's really separate. I'll saute the onions briefly in olive oil then I'll bake the beef, peppers, onions, and add crushed garlic for 6 minutes at 450 degrees. When it comes out I'll add olive oil, Sea Salt , cayenne pepper, and red pepper chilli flakes. This goes great with quinoa and brown rice (but I've cut those out completely) and you can bake the rice and quinoa till they're slightly crunchy.

I also enjoy Jeff McCombs flank steak marinade. It works great for large sirloin steaks and ribeye too (But I rarely splurge on ribeye).

1-1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. Bragg’s Liquid Amino Acids
1 tsp. ground black pepper

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Marinate

Just get creative with the diet, I've become a much better cook since I've started this diet and I've learned I can eat like this forever. But just like dvjorge, I also can't wait until I can have my chicken wings and pizza again!
