DVJorge's recent thread inspired me to ask this... is there anything that you enjoy eating on the diet? anything that you ended up trying out of spite because you had enough of eating the same thing?
My fav dessert at the moment - ground almonds + coconut oil + stevia + xylitol (just a tiny bit of this, for crunchyness)
I've also discovered how to cook cabbage, which I'd never really liked so far: pan fry for 2 mins with ground ginger powder and a bit of turmeric powder. Then a bit of chicken broth to just cover the cabbage, and cook until tender.
I'm now having chicken and lamb liver and that's quite nice, cooked in duck fat. That can also be used as a snack since it holds up very well.
