Re: liver flush

Sounds like you were really well prepared.

Also sounds like a typical "healing crisis". You released a lot of toxins with the flush, and you needed to get them out.

I know colonics are expensive, but if you aren't comfortable with enemas, Andreas suggests (see " Ask Andreas Forum ) that you either do a professional colonic or coffee enema afterwards.

Personally, I'll do my 3rd Liver Flush tonight. I've been drinking apple juice and lemon juice throughout the week (I think for malic acid to soften stones?) eating as nutritiously as possibly preceding the flush.

Hopefully you will be less toxic, and it will go better for you. Also, your kidneys may have been overtaxed. Consider giving them some attention before the next flush. I don't know if I gave mine enough, but I did wait 3 weeks between flush two and flush three, assuming all goes well tonight.

Oh, and of course: DRINK LOTS OF GOOD WATER. But you knew that! ;-)

Best of luck.

ps oh yea, the skin is a big eliminator of toxins--so they are definatly headed out. The hives would indicate that. IMHO (all this is 'in my humble opinion. I'm new here, but I'm trying to be a fast learner!!!)
