4th Flush.....A DUD!

Friday afternoon started my 4th flush. I started at 3pm. At 7 took my first dose of ES. Nothing came out at all. At 9 took my 2nd dose of ES, I finally 'went' at 9:45. I planned on taking the OO/GF juice at 11pm, but my daughter called and said that she was going to be late. So I waited up for her and didn't take it until midnight. When I got up the next morning and 'went', I was still passing poo from the ES. I only 'went' a few more times and all I got was about a tsp of chaff. :(

My headaches have been back for about 1-2 weeks. So tomorrow I'm going to get a colonic. After my 2nd colonic my headaches went away about 80-90%. So I must need another one. Andreas said that headaches are caused by a hold-up in the ascending/transverse colon and liver/gallbladder congestion. So it must be my colon is clogged some where. So I'll get a colonic to see if I feel better.
