Can I eat the last day of my gallbladder/liver flush?

For the Clark protocol, you're suppose to have a no-fat breakfast and lunch, and then fast the rest of the day. So, no, nothing after 2pm.

To make sure that I'm sleepy when time to go to bed, I get up early that morning, then I'm really ready to sleep later!

No, you won't be on the toilet all night. I usually get up around 2am and 6am to go to the bathroom.
