I have another question regardling hot/cold therapy.
If I feel that I've 'hurt' something in my leg, or walked too much or what have you- is it best to do only cold in that instance? Like ice packs for 24 hours like the 'expert's always suggest? I'm so confused about this, mainly because I am never quite sure if I should instead be doing hot/cold therapy like Schulze suggests, or if it could aggravate it. My chiro does not think my leg is still 'injured' just very weak, and will only heal once the rest of me is also well. I also wonder if I actually AM injuring it, even slightly by walking. I have been wrapping it when I go out lately, but haven't noticed a change in pain.
