Yes, it is possible. But also, most people don't start getting a lot out until after the 6th flush or so. I just did my 3rd one last week, and I only got a few tiny stones out. It could be that the liver is really congested and it will take a few times to loosen up.

I figure as long as something comes out that it's helping.

Just keep doing it and it will come.
