Coffee enema or Salt Water Flush two days after LF?

I'm still having a little colon discomfort after my 2nd Liver Flush with first colonic. My digestion is off--each time I go to eat, my stomach kind of cringes, so I've been blending soups in the blender.

I'll plan better next LF, but to make the most of this one.....which should I do? Both? In what order? And

If you suggest coffee, then here's a clip from a question I posted elsewhere:

I'm not a coffee drinker, nor coke, etc. I pretty much stay away from caffeine (except chocolate). Does the coffee cross into my system? If a retention enema can get good things in, then wouldn't I absorb the coffee. Please clarify.

Sorry, I keep getting "lost" on curezone. I've got to quit these late night "walks" but I certainly enjoy them.

(I've got two weeks before the next flush. Hopefully third time I'll do everything in the right order! Or perhaps I'll get mixed up, drink the coffee, do an enema with the epson salts, and wear the grapefruit and olive oil on my visit to the hydrotherapist. :-) lol
