Re: Doshas and list of foods
Invincible,
Your timing is perfect--it just came to me in the shower this morning that I needed to know how to balance vatta--and take the test again. (I think I came out vatta/kapha, and that would fit with my
Depression cycle. I'm sure it's not the whole enchilada, but every "Piece of the puzzle" helps. Oh, that reminds me of a beautiful poem that was 'given' to me in 1989--and I'm the author. I so look forward to the day when the poetry starts flowing out of me again. I haven't been yet to the poetry forum--I will when the time is right. But at least now I believe that the words will flow again, the gift isn't gone, the mind will return to it quick state.
I read a lot of chopra many years ago, and it's in my subconcious somewhere. I think I'm a multi-culteral minded healee--and it's been too long since I did yoga, etc.
Now, as I've mentioned, my mind comes online after one of these depressions slowly--and I'm trying to be patient. What's an easy way to keep track of all these great resources without involving paper? I have zillions of papers--and can't put my finger on them when I want them--cleaning will be an adventure when I get to that point--it will be like finding old, forgotten friends!
Looking over the list, it's interesting, many of those things are things I've been drawn to lately--my digestion is letting me know it needs some help, and I haven't been back to the site Unyquity suggested to order them. I'll get to everything soon enough.
