And do I can the person who adminsters it a therapist? (I mean, in posting. ) I just did my first, and of course, called her by her first name. She tried to call me by my name, but switched, to wouldn't you know it, the name that is my sisters, and of course she didn't even know I had a sister, and I used to hate being called my older sister's name. But I was so intent that I needed to relax, I actually let that go.

Thanks for sharing all your knowledge. Could we just do a mind meld--oh, wouldn't that be nice. Little by little--so much to learn and relearn and do and not --I've been doing this 'health' thing for over 11 years I can imagine how overwhelming it might be to someone who was completely new to all this. I consider myself new, but still, not really....just kind of touched lightly on this colon bowel part, and apparently, it's pretty basic, even if to some it just isn't 'pretty'.
