Have not tried milk kefir. Worried about the lactose.Has anyone with lactose issues used Milk Kefir. I never had lactose issues til I got sick.I would like to try the water kefir again but I think most people use milk adn I would hvave to order all new grains and such. My liver is weak and maybe I am just feeding pathogens with the alcohol content. I don't have access to raw yogurt or Sugar free yogurt unless someone in the Phoenix area knows of somewhere. My body is wrecked and diverticula are sooo sensitive as of late. Digestion is next to nothing. Wondering if dry bitters might work as Apple Cider VInegar burns to the point of nausea lately and alcohol bitters might be a trigger. Possible the pathogen/ parasite moves out of my throat/lungs downward and then migrates back up. Do not know how to use Diatomaceous Earth for parasites though I do have some. God bless you for your time and answers. Anyoen ever tried beets,cucumber, lemon, olive oil, apple for a liver drink?
