Just wondering what people might eat as probiotic foods. I need something easy to digest. I tried water kefir and my body went nuts. Not sure why. Very slight stickines to it so possibly needed longer ferment. I try to eat sauerkraut but it sits in my stomach and is hard to combine with foods. I have a lot of issues going on and with varying diarrhea and constipation/diverticulosis and cyclical pathogen I need to be careful what I eat and drink as my allergies to mold and recent development of lactose intolerance is worsening. I even had a reaction to the andrographis tincture I use for bitters, it has alcohol in it. Developing smell and sound sensitivities and bad odor and edema type swelling reactions. Acid anything going down my throat makes me want to vomit lately and I have been very gassy. I stopped taking betaine and enzymes and just want to make my body work. Thanks for the help and all tips are appreciated. I also am hungry all the time from poor absorbtion and pathogen/yeast/dysbiosis in my digestive track and stomach. God bless you all.
