ok..i've been outed. "the naked photographer"

when I took the picture in this thread header..
I was only wearing bits of clay. Wearing clothes
while covered in with wet clay..[or dry clay for that matter] is a bad strategy.
...I was doing a camera survey after wearing the clay...brushing
off the clay a bit...and snagging pics of whatever was
under the clay...or in the clay.

...this "nano dot billboard" nuttiness seems to
be a progression...from less more
organized...with the passage of time.

...on july 29...I snagged this billboard..
a less developed version of the "nano message" I posted
about a month ago.....[no clay was involved]


..please note that these are absurdly small.
..this "nanodot" pillar measures appx 20 mm on a pic
size [my display] of 220mm. field of view at this
mag with celestron camera #3..isappx 2.5 mm.
[20/220]=.090 of the FOV
.090x2.5mm==.225 mm. 220 microns. and thats
for the "billboard".
the color "dots" are about a fourth
of that....appx 50 microns. The "average" human hair
diameter is appx 70 microns. Older bubblejet printers
were throwing 30 micron dots...the newer technology
will create dots too small to see with unaided eye..10 micron ink drops. Point being..these are very small
color blobs.

Pics of the color dots on two types of paper towels
show that those dots are immense by comparison..
around 340 microns for the ink dots on the papertowels..
50 percent larger than the entire nano "billboard".
