Re: Coffee enemas/Enema QUESTION

Invincible,
Hanna called you the enema lady, so I figured you might know.
I didn't do an enema after my flush. (did a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) before and a couple days after--cause it's easy) I have no coffee in the house. But I'm feeling a little achy and think I want to do an enema now. I haven't done many. So I have a couple questions:
Each time I have done one, I end up with dull pain(nothing severe) in my lower abdomen--I'd guess where my descending colon turns to exit? My anatomy knowledge is pretty lean. Then it PUFFS up within a day of the enema. I use distilled water, red cheap bag, don't know what I'm doing wrong. I don't get a lot in...I hesitate to do it because of this, but I'm thinking I've released a lot of toxins and maybe the achy feeling in my legs/lower back might ease up.
What do you think? Any advice? I was going to put something in the enema, haven't decided what. I don't take acidopholis right now, so I thought I might put some of that liquid in--although it's a couple months past it's expiration date (like I knew it was important, bought it, to depressed/brain fogged to remember to take it). I'm so pleased with the little results I'm having--this morning I smiled for no reason. You don't know how thrilled I am to simply do that--and I want to keep on the right track.
thank!
pj
