Re: coconut oil flush in morning or as sub for oo?

I've had twinges in my kidney area since the flush, but I assumed that was because between the flush and the parasite herbs and the little bit of bowel cleansing were releasing toxins and the kidneys were filtering all that. But I was planning on going on to the second one after two weeks. How long will you wait? Why? I'm just learning, and curious.
