I placed an order on iherb. I got emails saying they shipped the order. Then I get another email saying there was a problem and my credit card gets credited back 20% less than what they shipped. Apparently there was a problem at customs and now iherb expects me to pay 20% for basically nothing.
Just thought I would post this story in hopes to save somebody else getting ripped off.
I will never order from them again. Anybody else sick &
tired of big companies and banks basically winning every single dispute there is. Heaven forbid they should fail to screw people
