No, the early withdrawal of troops from Iraq seems strange to me too. I think RAP (the Guardians of the Free Republics) had something to do with that. I think RAP might even effect, postpone, or even cancel the elections. Maybe that's why there is no screaming reaction to the low ratings (it's senseless/irrelevant).

RAP may even overturn/reverse some BP activity/inactivity.

If I remember correctly, the withdrawal was to be AUG. 31 (in a week and a half). An early withdrawal of 10/11 days?.....makes no sense (unless forced by RAP). Did I get the date wrong?
